You will need to provide the information listed below for all members of your applicant household:
- Email Address.
- Telephone.
- Your mailing address including the correct zip code.
- Estimated annual income for your combined household.
- Social Security numbers or Alien Registration Numbers for all members of your household.
- Dates of birth for all members of your household.
- Race, Ethnicity, and Disability status.
You will also need to review:
- Priority Status (Review Here for Public Housing and Here for Section 8/Leased Housing)
- Determine which programs and sites you would like to apply for.
